Hey all....I got this WAG and first thought of Jay, but wanted to post for everyone!

WAG
(Wayne-A-Gram)
FOR
Talent Needed
for Fund Raiser

My Zonta Club is organizing it's annual fundraiser.
The proceeds mostly are designated for scholarships.
It's our big event of the year and occurs around St. Pat's
and of course uses that theme.

This year I am not on the committee, but have been asked to secure a leprechaun.

What they are looking for is someone who can be outgoing, mischievous and generally silly with the attendees. If the person can do some magic it would be great..

I don't know at this precise moment what their budget is for entertainment, and of course they would prefer a volunteer. As I explained, the person themselves needs to be paid and if they choose to donate those earnings back to the club, it's up to them.
Yes, we'll handle the cost of the costume and I forgot to tell you the time...

it's for 1 1/2 hours only.
The event starts at 5, so from about 4;45 to 5;45-6;15
or thereabouts on the 14th of March at the Helcenic Center
Contact Gypsee for more information: 949-0622

The Antelope Valley Children's Choir is
seeking a new Music Director starting this fall.

The A.V.C.C. is a part of the
Community Education Department of A.V. Community College,
with approximately 70 singers in 3 choirs
(Beginning Chorus, ages 8-12; Advanced Choir, ages 11-14 and
Youth Chorale, ages 14-17).
Each choir meets one day a week, the two youngest on Mondays
and the oldest on Thursday.
We perform locally and we have been hired for quite a few events.
We do our 2 large shows a year and compete in the spring.
We have a very active board made up of dedicated parents.

Job requirements:
Minimum education: BA preferably in the area of music,
choral emphasis or children’s music preferred.
Prior experience in the teaching field or with community children’s groups.
